think the crappiness of the week paid off during the weekends. . had a fabulous weekend.

For saturday, took a 1/2 hour river tour and looking at singapore's most famous sky line. It is breathe-taking. . I've worked there for so many years, and have never really thought it to be this beautiful. To see fullertan, victoria, the High Court, the tall UOB plazas in full glory with soft warm lights enhancing their concrete silhouette. Very nice.

Found this really nice chill out corner at the esplanade too- really, i think the esplande is a wonderful place. Charming...

So, i guess, it was a nice weekend :) and i'm glad that i did drag myself out on a saturday evening. i'm usually not very keen in getting out of my home to head to town on weekends these days - its alway gets pretty ugly with all those ppl honking aroun and stuff. but, that saturday itself, singapore seems so much charming after that little water ride.
