Lets Join Everyone Else in Curly-Whirly-World

I've been too excited about what happen the past couple of days that I missed out blogging about hopping on the band-wagon and joining everyone else in the Curly-Whirly-World of pretty ladies. (",)

To the ladies out there who has gotten their hair curled, kudos to you!

*bring-out-Champaign-and-strawberries*

I reckon all the serum, hair-mousse, crunching of hair, twirling of hair ... etc..etc..etc.. and all that hardwork has definately paid off. Or.. have you given up hope ? Well, if you are, you aren't the only ones around. I'm this close to giving up. Its starting to take its toil, on the 4th day of having curls on my head. Hmm.. too little tolerance it seems. But in comparison to the zero-effort hair prior to this stunt I've pulled, this is indeed a bite too much to swallow. Well, it hasn't caused me to trade precious seconds of sleep time yet... But, I am truly contemplating the amount of time I should allow myself to spend doodling on this curly hair thing.

I've called it the gooey hair. My colleagues are intrigued at this label that I've come up with for such ceramic-perm-look. They can't seem to put 2-and-2 together with this new name that I've come up with. To me, it makes PERFECT sense. Hair is absolutely flooded with hair products.. watery looking serum that is suppose to give "shine" to the curls. Well, those, are a little weighty on the hair. Its not suppose to feel that way, but i reckon I've got sensitive hair. oh, is it head... could be scalp. Aiyah!!! - But whatever, hair-head-scalp sensitivity to extra stuff on it... it feels weighty. On top of that, there's the mousse. Well, the mousse, supposedly weightless too - gives another layer of weight to my hair/head/scalp. In the end, I've got 2 layers of hair products on my hair. Well, actually, it isn't that bad when its dry....DRY... WHEN ITS DRY.

What happens when its wet your hair gets wet ? Well, it could be due to many reasons that one gets water on their hair. A very good scenario to code - R-A-I-N. Rain. Yes, rain, part of nature. Its a natural calamity to Curly-Whirly World. The damage could be worse then the eruption of Mt. Pinatobo. Man! With all that water, the hair products literally turn to glue. And the result - gummie hair. Its disgusting. Its ugly..... its.. its.. its STICKY. YIKES!

So... I am still thinking.. really.. hard... if I should continue on. Being a sitting duck ... at the mercy of our absolute unpredictable Singapore weather. On that note. I wonder if the weather in Singapore has gone berserk. We are getting bucketloads of rain... God! Are you in the mood to wash Your "filthy" little plasticine-made creatures ? We aren't that dirty you know. And, is Singapore THAT filthy that we get such "torrential" rains ? Heh-heh.. Kidding... But, on a serious note... Seems like the weather is changing drastically. I can't remember when was the last time we've gotten rain in a full week consecutive downpour. With occasional 1-hour intervals of dry-ups from the skies. Hmm... Freaky. We're not going to die right?

Hmm.. or could this be the end-days. *think*

Nay! I don't think so - its said that we'll go through fire. (",) Alright. Shouldn't be that bad....

Oh well, lets get back to our puny fancies of the world. heh-heh.. as some of you have requested for a picture of my maiden step into the Curly-Whirly-World.... well, I did take a picture of how I look. BUT I'm having some trouble downloading it via infra to my system. argh(shirks! i think its being disabled on my system. some dumb security policy thingy i reckon).. so, you guys will have to make do with this picture. Its about the same as what I look like with new hair really. kek-kek-kek.

No, don't curl your hair if you hate spending alot of time on your hair. It's a lot of work to make the curls look good. Trust me.
