Missing My Little Boy

Its been over 2 weeks since my absence from work. Yes, it was a very long block leave - yipee! But it all end too soon..

And, its been rather strange without having a white furry body curling around my legs or lap. Hmmm... I miss my little Phui Phui. I'm so use to having a little white puppy - everytime I turn to my right... or my left... or, when i look back... or when i walk forward... His everywhere!!!! Man.. he sounds sticky.

I use to wish he'll stop "tagging along" everywhere I go. It makes me feel guilty to even leave him alone to buy lunch. And, right now, I miss him so much - I miss his tagging around... and, I miss his 'little' snores during his mid day nap. His disgusting drool as he bites his toys, his smelly and not so tiny poop ... and most of all, I miss catching him peeping at what I'm doing in the kitchen.

Phui boy is so-so-so inquisitive, especially when it means that he may have a chance of having some kind of tidbit. Everytime he hears some noise in the kitchen, he'll drop his toy which his playing with and walk casually to the kitchen. He'll stand behind the island top that blocks him from any 'preying' eyes - that will usually belong to either his daddy's or mummy's. He then leans to his right with slanted legs and peeps at me! Accessing if his going to get anything yummy from the cabinets. I'm not too sure how he manages that angled slant - but it sure looks really adorable when he does that.

I catch him once too many in that position. He'll pretend to trot to his water bowl for a drink - either that, or he walks up boldly and stands in front of me, and expects to be fed! Even if there's nothing in my hands!

His a greedy-greedy puppy.

No wonder his Auntie Sharon is complaining that his a tad bit plump... "Oh NO! I can't feel his ribs!!!" she exclaims just the other day.

Little Phui boy, its time you do MORE exercise, before you ballon up and we can't see your little beady eyes anymore. Sigh....
