My New Toy

I just got my spanking new speakers on friday during the IT show in suntec. Well, i wouldn't advice you to go window shopping there really. That place is impossible - unless you have something in mind, go. Otherwise, you're better off staying at home, kick of your shoes and rest and enjoy the tranquility of staying away from crowds.

Was there to get a projector - pretty interesting ones on sale. Bought an ordinary, mid range BenQ in the end. I guess its size fits my requirements, and its price too - very reasonable. Okie. better stop going all talk on the spoils i've got.

Introducing my new toy - a cool set of --- SPEAKERS... =) yes, for my system - a nice, cool, black 3 piece speaker system. Bringing my home pc to a new level of bass and trebles. Enjoying it totally! Isn't it wonderful ? ? its sweeter when you have to drag it all the way from the exhibition hall, all the way to the carpark - which is like in the next galaxy. Man! Okie - my belated birthday present to myself. Durn - should have got something smaller. Easier. Lighter.. What was i thinking??? But oh well - i guess it was good effort put in - i'm reaping the sweet bits now. whew!

There was a miniture discussion today on sponges -- Women sponging on their man. Now everyone... shake your heads in disapproval... good. I am unable to swallow the fact that more and more girls these days are making the guy pay for their shopping ? i thought that rather appalling. I've seen girls carrying their merchandises to the cashier counter, and making their boyfrens pay for them. that is totally outrageous! how could anyone ask another to pay for their shopping - the cheek they have! And, mind you, these girls do work too. What right does she have to get her man to pay for her shopping? I will feel absoluately guilty to boot if he even offers to pay. Oh but well - one man's meat is another man's poison.
